Trails on the Helena National Forest

How many times have you asked a question about a trail or a land form while out walking? Fortunately, there are four trails which have interpretive signs and brochures to lead you along the route. These were developed in association with the Helena High Excel Class, and have been recently updated.

In addition to the four interpretive trails, there is also a popular hike into Crow Creek Falls in the Elkhorn Mountains. This trail guide will highlight the amazing history of the area as well as the legacy of mining and the clean up of the site.

Check back for more materials, or stop by your closest Helena National Forest Office to pick up a copy for your next outing!
